RULES, REGULATIONS & MEMBER POLICIES

1. ENTRY & ACCESS POLICY

  1. Entry through registered Face ID is mandatory for all members.

  2. Members must complete Face ID registration before availing club facilities.

  3. Entry without Face ID authentication may be restricted unless approved by management.

  4. Sharing access, proxy entry, or unauthorized entry through another member is strictly prohibited.

  5. Carrying any kind of arms, weapons, sharp objects, or prohibited items inside the premises is strictly prohibited.

  6. Any unethical, inappropriate, abusive, threatening, indecent, or misconduct behavior with members or staff shall lead to strict disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership without refund.

  7. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any individual violating club rules, discipline, or security protocols.




2. GENERAL CLUB RULES

  1. All members must scan/register entry before using club facilities.

  2. Management reserves the right to refuse entry in case of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, pending dues, or policy violations.

  3. Members are expected to maintain discipline, hygiene, and respectful behavior at all times.

  4. Any damage caused to gym equipment/property due to negligence shall be chargeable to the member.

  5. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or prohibited substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

  6. Photography/videography for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior approval from management.

  7. Misbehavior with staff, trainers, therapists, or other members may result in suspension/termination of membership without refund.

  8. Members must follow all operational circulars, notices, policies, and management instructions issued from time to time.




3. DRESS CODE & GYM ETIQUETTE

  1. Proper gym attire and sports shoes are mandatory.

  2. Training in slippers, sandals, jeans, formal wear, or inappropriate clothing is not allowed.

  3. Men are strictly not allowed to remove T-shirts/vests while working out inside the gym.

  4. Offensive/inappropriate clothing is prohibited.

  5. Members must maintain personal hygiene and use towels during workouts.

  6. Equipment must be re-racked after use.

  7. Members should avoid unnecessarily occupying machines during peak hours.




4. PERSONAL TRAINING (PT) POLICY

  1. Bringing outside personal trainers/PTs is strictly prohibited.

  2. Only authorized Bodyzone trainers are permitted to conduct training inside the premises.

  3. PT sessions shall be conducted strictly as per approved PT schedules and policies.

  4. Complimentary PT offers are applicable only as per official Bodyzone schemes and eligibility criteria.

  5. Complimentary PT is applicable only for members who are not currently taking PT.

  6. PT sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  7. Missed PT sessions may lapse as per PT validity policy.

  8. PT allocation/change shall be subject to management approval.

  9. Peak-hour PT rules and operational restrictions shall apply as per management directives.




5. MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  1. Membership fees are 100% advance payable.

  2. Membership fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  3. Membership validity starts from activation date and runs continuously.

  4. All offers/schemes are valid only within the officially announced timelines.

  5. Renewal benefits and loyalty benefits are applicable only under “No-Gap Renewal Policy.”

  6. Delayed renewals may lead to loss of loyalty pricing/benefits.

  7. Membership cannot be shared between multiple individuals.

  8. Members shall ensure proper acknowledgment/signature at the time of joining and payment formalities.

  9. Management reserves the right to revise membership fees, timings, facilities, or policies without prior notice.




6. MEMBERSHIP FREEZING POLICY

  1. Membership freezing shall be allowed only under approved conditions and management discretion.

  2. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing/email before the intended freeze period.

  3. Freeze approval is subject to valid reasons such as medical issues, travel, or exceptional circumstances.

  4. Retrospective freezing requests shall not be entertained.

  5. Freeze duration and charges (if applicable) shall be governed by current Bodyzone policy.

  6. Membership validity extension shall only be granted for officially approved freeze periods.

  7. PT validity may or may not freeze along with membership depending upon PT package terms.




7. PAYMENT & BILLING POLICY

  1. All payments must be made through authorized billing channels only.

  2. Cash payments without official receipt shall not be considered valid.

  3. Member signatures on receipts/payment acknowledgements are 100% mandatory to ensure compliance and payment confirmation.

  4. Outstanding dues must be cleared before availing services.

  5. Offers/discounts once closed or expired shall not be claimed retrospectively.

  6. GST and applicable taxes shall be charged as per government regulations.




8. LOCKER & VALUABLES POLICY

  1. Members are advised not to keep valuables unattended.

  2. Management shall not be responsible for any loss/theft of personal belongings.

  3. Day lockers must be vacated after workout completion.

  4. Unauthorized use of another member’s locker is prohibited.

  5. Long-pending lockers may be opened by management if required.




9. STEAM / SPA / WELLNESS POLICY

  1. Steam/sauna/spa usage must follow prescribed timings and safety instructions.

  2. Members with medical conditions should consult a doctor before using steam/sauna facilities.

  3. Inappropriate behavior inside wellness areas shall lead to strict disciplinary action.

  4. Spa appointments shall be subject to availability and operational schedules.

  5. Supportive stretching, partner-assisted stretching, and non-essential assisted exercises are not permitted during peak hours to ensure smooth operations, member comfort, safety, and optimum utilization of gym space. Members are requested to schedule such sessions during non-peak hours only. 




10. SAFETY & HEALTH POLICY

  1. Members are advised to consult their physician before starting any fitness program.

  2. Bodyzone shall not be liable for injuries caused due to improper exercise, negligence, or undisclosed medical conditions.

  3. Members must immediately report discomfort/injury to trainers or management.

  4. Members should seek trainer guidance before using unfamiliar equipment.




11. FITNESS ASSESSMENT & RENEWAL GUIDELINES

  1. Members are strongly advised to take a proper fitness assessment and guidance session from the Director – Training at the time of joining and renewal to ensure maximum benefit from the gym facilities and training systems.

  2. The assessment may include body analysis, goal setting, workout guidance, training recommendations, and fitness improvement planning.

  3. Members are encouraged to follow professional guidance provided by authorized Bodyzone trainers for better results and safety.




12. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS & DISCIPLINARY ACTION

  1. Management reserves the right to amend rules, policies, offers, timings, and operational systems at any time.

  2. Violation of club rules may result in warning, suspension, or termination of membership without refund.

  3. Management decisions regarding discipline and operations shall be final and binding.




13. MEMBER DECLARATION

  1. By taking membership at Bodyzone Fitness & Spa, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all rules, regulations, circulars, notices, policies, operational instructions, and management directives issued from time to time.

  2. The member agrees to cooperate with management for smooth operations, discipline, safety, and premium club standards.
